Did you know what happened to Ken and Barbie?

Mattel, Inc. who created the "doll beauty" in 1959, state that they have consistently worked hard to ensure that the doll was never associated with anything obscene, vulgar or distasteful.

Due to all their good intentions being cast assunder, toy maker Mattel is suing a London men's magazine and a German version of a U.S. men's periodical for publishing photos of Ken and Barbie in sexual positions.

The article the dolls were featured in was titled "All the Right Moves", and it went on to describe various sexual positions. London's "For Him" magazine further complicated matters by placing animated versions of the plastic couple on it's web site.

Sexual Harassment is defined as any unwelcome conduct of sexual nature, including, but not limited to:

ANY ITEMS CREATING AN OFFENSIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT, INCLUDING THE PRESENCE OF SEXUAL MATERIALS SUCH AS EXPLICIT PHOTOGRAPHS, THE TELLING OF SEXUAL STORIES OR JOKES AND THE USE OF SEXUALLY EXPLICIT LANGUAGE.

Query:

Does the lewd animation of Barbie and Ken dolls on "Him" website create a Hostile Environment if displayed in an office? What about the public display of the 10 photos of the dolls in "improper sexually explicit and offensive positions " if posted on an office wall?
