Bruce Kevin Koren,Esq.

Bruce Kevin Koren has been a practicing attorney for more than twenty years, having concentrated his practice primarily in the area of civil litigation. He has had extensive experience representing insurance carriers in a variety of issues, as well as defending their insureds. Mr. Koren has also had more than twenty years of experience as a mediator and as an arbitrator, for the Better Business Bureau of Western New York, the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association, the City Court of Buffalo, the Erie County Bar Association, and the New York State Supreme Courts.

He is the author of "Who Put That There? Recent Developments in the Doctrine of Assumption of Risk in Sporting Events in New York", which appeared in The Journal of Legal Aspects of Sports (Winter,1997).

Mr. Koren received a B.A. from Northwestern University in 1973; a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1976; and a Masters of Science in Sports Administration from Canisius College in 1977.
